Pr\u00eate \u00e0 cuisiner, pr\u00eate \u00e0 \u00eatre savour\u00e9e !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9congelez la morue, retirez la peau et les ar\u00eates et effilez en copeaux. Hydratez les graines de lin et le curcuma avec huit cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;eau (r\u00e9servez au moins 15 minutes avant de les utiliser).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavez, \u00e9pluchez et coupez la carotte et la chayotte en fins b\u00e2tonnets. Dans une casserole, versez l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, ajoutez l&#8217;ail et l&#8217;oignon. \u00c0 feu doux, lorsque l&#8217;oignon devient translucide, ajoutez la carotte et la chayotte. Laissez cuire environ 10 minutes et m\u00e9langez la morue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque la morue est presque cuite, incorporez les graines de lin hydrat\u00e9es au curcuma et au persil hach\u00e9. Laissez mijoter 5 minutes de plus (ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce soit \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt).&nbsp;Servez chaud avec des olives noires.
