D\u00e9couvrez la recette ci-dessous&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9congeler les tranches de morue, les cuire dans de l\u2019eau bouillante pendant 10 minutes environ. \u00c9goutter, enlever la peau et les ar\u00eates puis les effiler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuire les p\u00e2tes dans de l&#8217;eau sal\u00e9e jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient al dente, les \u00e9goutter&nbsp;; r\u00e9server 1 tasse d&#8217;eau de cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langer la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche avec la pulpe de tomate, le ma\u00efs rinc\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;eau froide courante et bien \u00e9goutt\u00e9, et les olives grossi\u00e8rement hach\u00e9es. Assaisonner le m\u00e9lange de poivre noir fra\u00eechement moulu et d&#8217;une pinc\u00e9e de sel, puis l&#8217;ajouter aux p\u00e2tes cuites. Laisser cuire 1 \u00e0 2 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen, puis ajouter l&#8217;eau de cuisson des p\u00e2tes et la chair effil\u00e9e de la morue cuite, laisser mijoter encore 1 minute \u00e0 feu doux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9partir un tiers du fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 au fond d&#8217;un plat \u00e0 four, verser les p\u00e2tes cr\u00e9meuses et recouvrir avec le reste de fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9.
