Ajouter les germes de haricot mungo (bien \u00e9goutt\u00e9s) et faire cuire pendant environ 3 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez les copeaux de morue et faites cuire pendant quelques minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour finir, ajoutez les \u0153ufs battus et m\u00ealez-les bien aux germes et \u00e0 la morue (en \u00e9teignant le feu pour qu\u2019elle ne se dess\u00e8che pas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servir de Morue &#8220;\u00e0 Br\u00e1s&#8221; Lowcarb avec de la coriandre fra\u00eeche hach\u00e9e.
