Sur un feu vif, rafra\u00eechissez en versant du vin blanc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laissez \u00e9vaporer un peu, r\u00e9duisez le feu et ajoutez la pulpe de tomate.<br>Ajoutez ensuite les haricots rouges cuits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laissez cuire un peu plus longtemps et rectifiez le sel, si n\u00e9cessaire ajoutez du sucre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La longe de morue doit \u00eatre cuite s\u00e9par\u00e9ment dans de l&#8217;eau bouillante, comptez environ, apr\u00e8s \u00e9bullition, 8 \u00e0 10 min \u00e0 feu doux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servez dans une assiette creuse, en pla\u00e7ant la longe au centre sur la pr\u00e9paration au Chili.
