Mettez-les dans un plat \u00e0 four avec l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et des brins de romarin, faite cuire au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 200\u00b0 pendant 15-20 minutes (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les lamelles de morue s\u2019ouvrent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Couper le chou en julienne et le blanchir pendant 2-3 minutes dans de l\u2019eau bouillante sal\u00e9e. Bien \u00e9goutter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire fondre l\u2019ail finement hach\u00e9 dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, puis ajouter le chou blanchi et faire revenir pendant 5&nbsp;min environ.
