Separately, shre<a href=\"https:\/\/riber.webview.pt\/en\/codfish\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">d the codfish <\/a>and saut\u00e9 it in olive oil. Add the milk. Season with salt and pepper and cook over a low heat. Add some small capers to the mixture, fill the cannelloni with this mixture and place them side by side on an oven tray.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cover with the b\u00e9chamel sauce, sprinkle generously with grated parmesan cheese and bake in the oven for au gratin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And the Codfish Cannelloni are ready.
