Riberalves Codfish, Ready to taste good!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After defrosting the <a href=\"https:\/\/riber.webview.pt\/en\/codfish\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">codfish<\/a> fillets, blanch them in boiling water, let them cool down, remove the skin and bones, flake them coarsely and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peel the onion, cut it into thin slices and set aside. Clean the pepper of seeds and cut into small cubes. Wash the mushrooms, drain and slice them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the pizza bases in two trays sprinkled with flour, spread them with the tomato pulp and arrange the onion, the mushrooms, the codfish, the capers, the olives, the pepper and the cheese on top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180\u00baC for 25 minutes.
