How about trying it at home? Ready to taste good!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boil the codfish, remove the skin and bones and mince in the mincing machine. Chop the onion, garlic cloves and a sprig of parsley separately, heat and brown in half the butter. As soon as the onion becomes translucent, add the codfish and let it boil for a while, stirring constantly. Add and crumble a piece of breadcrumbs, previously soaked in the cooking broth. Remove from the heat, place on an oven dish and flatten with a spatula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mash the cooked potatoes, add the other half of butter and cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, season with nutmeg and cover the mince.
