A simple, tasty, and healthy recipe with Riberalves Codfish, Ready to Cook!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the codfish on an oven tray with a drizzle of olive oil and bake at 160\u00baC for 25 minutes; shred and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes; cook the potatoes in salted water until &#8220;al dente&#8221;.
