How about trying it? See the full recipe here.

Turn the oven on to 180 degrees. Cut two pieces of foil, place a codfish loin on top of each piece of paper, add a clove and a peeled and crushed garlic clove and drizzle each with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil. Close the paper as if it were a wrapping, taking care not to let the bones pierce the paper, place it on the baking tray and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Let the codfish loins defrost at room temperature, then rinse them under cold water and dry them.

Peel the onions, cut them into half-moons or slices and put them in a frying pan. Add the rest of the olive oil, bring to the boil, add the bay leaf and cook until the onions are golden brown. Season with salt and pepper, add some sliced chilli pepper if you like and turn off the heat. In another frying pan, fry the slices of ham in a little olive oil until they are crispy, remove them and leave them to drain.

Remove the codfish from the oven, open the wrappings, spread the onion mixture on top, add the fried ham slices, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with boiled potatoes. The codfish in foil with smoked ham is ready!

READY TO TASTE GOOD!

[54,259,56,52
339,327,324,336,345
post-7195","receitas","type-receitas","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-chef-recipe","category-originais-en","category-spring-summer","category-traditional","colecoes-family-meals","colecoes-original-and-innovative","colecoes-special-occasions","colecoes-spring-summer","colecoes-traditional
["GET
