{"id":5891,"date":"2021-05-23T12:56:59","date_gmt":"2021-05-23T11:56:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/receitas\/rolo-de-bacalhau-no-forno\/"},"modified":"2024-03-08T15:38:33","modified_gmt":"2024-03-08T15:38:33","slug":"baked-codfish-roll","status":"publish","type":"receitas","link":"https:\/\/riber.webview.pt\/en\/recipes\/baked-codfish-roll\/","title":{"rendered":"Baked Codfish Roll"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>To prepare a<a href=\"https:\/\/riber.webview.pt\/en\/product-line\/home-consumption\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Codfish <\/a>Roll in the oven, start by defrosting the codfish, remove the skin and bones and shred it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Put the olive oil, garlic, and onion in a pan.<\/strong> Heat gently and as soon as the onion is translucent, add the<strong> sweet potato <\/strong>(peeled and cut into small cubes), the cabbage (washed and cut into pieces) and the carrot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After<strong> cooking until the cabbage is ready<\/strong>, stir in the vinegar and codfish.
