Cut the codfish fillets in <\/a>half, coat them in flour and fry them in very hot olive oil. Chop the olives with the anchovies, the herbs of Provence, the parsley, the core of the bread, salt and pepper and add enough olive oil to make a paste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Arrange the codfish on a baking tray, spread the paste over it and place in a hot oven until toasted.
