Cook for a few minutes over a low heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the codfish and cook to taste, letting all the liquid evaporate.<br>In a bowl mix the turmeric with the olive oil, egg, milk and flour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook two loaves of bread in a small frying pan as follows: arrange a little dough, fill with codfish and top with a little more dough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allow to cook over a low heat, with a lid on. Turn when almost done.<br>Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
