Check out the recipe here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defrost the <a href=\"https:\/\/riber.webview.pt\/en\/codfish\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">codfish<\/a> loins, rinse them under cold running water, dry them with absorbent paper and bake them in olive oil in a preheated oven at 200\u00b0C for 15 to 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the courgette, the pepper and the onion into small cubes, place in a roasting pan with olive oil, season with salt, sprinkle with thyme, mix everything and roast for 20 to 25 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wash and cook the quinoa in salted water.
