Give the <a href=\"http:\/\/instagram.com\/bacalhau_riberalves\/\">recipe<\/a> a try and enjoy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.Peel and slice the onion and garlic and put them into a <em>cataplana<\/em> with the olive oil. Fry gently for 5 minutes. Cut the fresh tomatoes into half-moons and add them to the mixture along with the tinned tomatoes. Cook for another 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.Peel the potatoes, cut them into wedges, and add them to the mixture along with the white wine. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.
