See the full recipe below and enjoy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle them with salt. Bake in the oven at 180 \u00baC for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boil the <a href=\"https:\/\/riber.webview.pt\/o-bacalhau\/\">codfish loins<\/a> for 10min and then remove them immediately from the water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile saut\u00e9 the bacon in a frying pan in its own fat until golden brown. Remove and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put the garlic cloves into the same frying pan and cook until crisp. Add the cabbage, season with salt and pepper, and cook until it shrinks. Remove and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put a dash of olive oil into the same frying pan, heat it up, add the farofa and cook until it browns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serve the codfish on the bed of greens with the bacon and sprinkle with the farofa.
